About Raine & Horne Darwin
In 2007 Raine & Horne Darwin commenced through the purchase and rebranding of an existing real estate office in Darwin. This consisted of approximately 350 Property Managements and some 12 staff operating from the Stuart Park Premises.
Since inception, the Directors have recruited heavily within Darwin and abroad. The Company set about changing the face of Raine & Horne with intensive planning, world class training and aggressive marketing. Along the way Raine & Horne acquired 2 other Real Estate Agencies and increased the properties under management to in excess of 1,000 and drove their market share to over 20%.
Raine & Horne now boasts a 16 member strong sales team running from both Darwin & Palmerston locations, delivering sales performances 300% bigger than 2007. The Property Management Portfolio numbers in excess of 1050 properties and the Project Marketing department is handling potential developments for sale in excess of $200 Million.
Raine & Horne Darwin employs 45+ Staff who are committed to delivering services which consistently exceed the expectations of their clients. They are aware that Real Estate is still a 'contact sport' revolving around the old fashioned qualities of meeting and interacting with people who want to do business with other people.
